Muñeca PR was founded in 2007 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Our mission is to provide full service public relations, marketing and writing to both national and international businesses.

Our clients communication goals always come first and we ensure that those messages don't get lost in the ever increasing competitive noise.

Robin Noelle, founder

Robin Noelle started her career in public relations in 1998 as an assistant account executive on the Lotus Development Corp. public relations team at Lois Paul & Partners in Boston, Mass. Throughout the several more year that Noelle spent at LP&P, she worked on a number of account, both with leaders in their industry and start-up companies looking to become the new leaders.

During this time, she established firm relationships with the media, placing her clients in top publications such as the New York Times and experiencing all facets of public relations work from high level strategic planning to national media tours.

Promoted and transferred to the San Francisco office, Noelle continued to build a solid reputation with clients and members of the media alike. For family reasons, Noelle relocated to the Pacific Northwest and took a position with Waggener Edstrom as the account lead for the Microsoft Frontpage and Publisher teams during the launch of Office XP.

After the dot.com bust, Noelle took several positions within well known international companies including Avon Products Inc. and Subway Currently Noelle is the lead at Muñeca PR, a full-service public relations company in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, serving both national and international clients.
